DEER RATIO INFORMATION
- Deer/Onion Patties = 60 Deer & 40 Beef
- Deer Bacon = 40 Deer & 60 Pork
- Deer Summer Sausage & Slims = 60 Deer & 40 Pork 70/30 Ratio = 70 Deer & 30 Pork
- Brats, Polish, Italian, Weiners, Bologna and Breakfast Sausages ALL 50/50
- Burger = 2/3 Deer & 1/3 Pork UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. Pork, beef or tallow added, if desired, for additional cost.
